Why You Should Wake Up at 4:30am Everyday
The best time to wakeup is 4:30am, and this is not cap.
Okay, quick disclaimer here, this is not based on any research or experiment, but from personal experience.
I try to start my day at 5:00am every weekday. So, a wakeup time of anywhere between 4:30am and 4:45am. There are great benefits to it.
Here’s what I’ve discovered after doing this consistently for sometime now:
- Doing this consistently builds discipline.
- Builds momentum for the day ahead.
- Easy to focus and get work done.
- Perfect for meditations.
- No interruptions, no distractions.
One of the secrets to success according to lots of successful people around the world, is waking up early. The secret to waking up early though, is going to bed early. After all, early to bed, early to rise.
Try this for a week and let me know if you experience an improvement in focus, productivity, mental edge, or any other I haven’t mentioned.
