For anyone trying to get into business or have a side hustle, your business really is to make money. Period!
So, when I came across Jenn Leach’s story on how she generates $1,050/hour for one hour of TikTok work, I thought to myself, that’s insane!
She doesn’t work 40 hours a week, neither does she work 10 hours a week yet, she’s able to comfortably secure the bag.
Growing up African my parents would say she doesn’t have 2 heads. Meaning, if she can do it, anyone can do it.
So, how does she do it?
- She first set a goal of making $5,000/month.
- She picked a social channel, TikTok.
- She picked a niche — there’s fortune in niches.
- She consistently created content, engaged with viewers, and did ‘a TON of outreach to find clients’.
- She caught a whale that pays $4,500 a month, and other clients that pay $1,500-$3,000 per month.
- She delivers amazing results.

First, set a financial goal.
Setting a goal, gives you direction.
If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.
Second, outreach is important. You can’t sit on the sidelines in wait of customers to find you. You need to reach out to them.
Finally, take MASSIVE action! With daily consistent action, you can be sure to create your own luck. If you’re relentless enough, you could end up potentially earning way more than you originally set out to.
Jenn is looking to $10k months. I interpret that as don’t be complacent, and continue to set higher targets.
